Account information: your name, email address, and (for email sign-ups) a securely hashed password. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile picture.

Dog profiles: details you add about your dog(s), such as name, breed, age, weight, and training progress.

Usage & AI content: messages you send to the AI coach and quiz answers used to generate plans.

Payment information: handled by Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

To provide and personalize the Service (e.g., training recommendations and food portions).

To operate your account, process subscriptions, and provide support.

To improve the Service and keep it secure.

Service providers: we use trusted processors to run the Service — for example Stripe (payments) and our AI model provider (to generate coaching responses). They only process data to provide their service to us.

We do not sell your personal information.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Service.

PawPioneer accounts are intended for adults (and supervising parents/guardians). We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. A parent/guardian account holder is responsible for any information entered about or by a child.

We keep your information while your account is active. You can delete your dog profiles at any time, and you can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data.

We use a secure session cookie (and local storage) to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including password hashing and encrypted connections. No system is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
