Terms of Service

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. PawPioneer is designed to be used by children only under the supervision of a parent or guardian, who is responsible for the child's use of the Service and any dog-training activities.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

PawPioneer provides general dog-training guidance, breed-based food and portion suggestions, an AI training assistant, and a directory of local pet-care businesses. This is educational content and convenience information only.

We may add, change, or remove features at any time. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

The core of PawPioneer is free. "Pro" is a paid subscription that unlocks the AI coach, advanced training content, saved progress, and partner perks.

Pro is billed monthly or yearly through our payment processor (Stripe). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and will keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period.

Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Prices may change with notice before your next renewal.

Groomers, walkers, daycares, and other businesses listed in the Service are independent third parties. Some listings are marked "Sponsored" or "Featured Partner", meaning the business has a commercial arrangement with us.

We do not employ, endorse, or guarantee any listed provider. You are responsible for vetting any provider before using their services. Any booking or contract is strictly between you and that provider.

AI features (such as Coach Barkley and AI training plans) generate suggestions automatically and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Always use your own judgement and consult a qualified professional for important decisions.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: attempting to access it without authorization, scraping data, uploading harmful content, or using it to promote animal cruelty or any unlawful activity.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. PawPioneer is not a substitute for professional veterinary, nutritional, or behavioral advice (see our Pet-Care Disclaimer).

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PawPioneer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any harm arising from reliance on the Service, third-party providers, or AI-generated content.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Ohio, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
